1. Introduction

Welcome to the FOODLOCAL ENTERPRISE Platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") provided by FOODLOCAL ENTERPRISE ("foodlocal," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Right to Make Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

3. User Guidelines (Rules, Restrictions, Requirements)

4.1 Ownership: The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by FOODLOCAL ENTERPRISE, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as follows:

  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

  • You may print one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FOODLOCAL ENTERPRISE, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
