Out of Stock Items

1.1 If, after placing an order, certain items become unavailable or go out of stock, the corresponding amount for the unavailable item(s) will be automatically credited to your FOODLOCAL wallet.
 

1.2 FOODLOCAL wallet is a virtual balance associated with your account, and you can use it for future purchases on our platform.
 

Refund Processing

2.1 Once an item is identified as out of stock, the refund amount will be credited to your FOODLOCAL wallet within 24 hours from the date of order confirmation.
 

2.2 You will receive a push notification regarding the refund to your FOODLOCAL wallet.
 

Withdrawal from Wallet

3.1 Withdrawal from your FOODLOCAL wallet is not allowed. Your wallet balance is not refundable and can only be used for future purchases on our platform.
 

Expiry of Wallet Balance

4.1 The wallet balance credited for out-of-stock items does not have an expiration date and can be used for future purchases on our platform.
